In plain English: We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and localStorage to remember your widget preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow websites to remember your preferences and maintain your session across page loads. We also use localStorage (similar browser storage) for some features.
These cookies are essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

We use Google Fonts (loaded from fonts.googleapis.com) to render the Inter typeface. Google may set its own cookies. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
When you embed the WebTalk widget on your website, it stores the visitor's anonymous session token in localStorage on your visitors' devices. No advertising or cross-site cookies are set by the widget. You are responsible for disclosing this in your own website's cookie notice.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling the session cookie (connect.sid) will prevent you from logging into the dashboard.
We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices change. The latest version will always be available at webtalk.sh/cookies.
